My practice offers biodynamic craniosacral therapy and myofascial release sessions
designed to help your body relax, restore, and integrate.
Each session includes thoughtful pre- and post-consultation,
ensuring your unique needs are fully honored.
Please read my policies carefully - this helps create a safe, respectful,
and supportive environment for everyone.

Policies
New Client Consultation
All first-time clients meet via Zoom or phone before scheduling a session. This allows us to align expectations, discuss your goals, and answer any questions.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions, are charged the full session fee.
Punctuality
Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, without a reduction in fee.
Health & Safety
Please inform me of any injuries, conditions, or medical concerns before your session. I maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients.
Home Studio Guidelines
My practice is a private, professional space. Only scheduled clients may enter, and sessions are by appointment only.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service or via pre-payment for session packages. In the event of multiple last minute cancellations, pre-payment will also be required. Accepted forms: Cash and Zelle.
