A space held with presence, care, and deep listening.

My work is rooted in the understanding that your body already holds the intelligence for healing, regulation, and change. My role is not to fix, but to listen, support, and create the conditions for that process to unfold.

Healing isn't something we force.

It's something we make space for.

My Approach

I offer a gentle, listening-based approach to bodywork that supports regulation, reconnection, and self-trust.

Rather than working toward a specific outcome, I meet you where you are and listen for what your system is already asking for.

Pain, tension, and disconnection are not problems to eliminate,
but forms of communication—often shaped by past experiences
and protective patterns.

Through gentle, intentional touch and careful listening,
your body is supported in reorganizing itself
in a way that feels more natural, sustainable, and aligned.

What it's like to work together...

Sessions are quiet, spacious, and guided by what your system presents in the moment. There is no pressure to perform, explain, or arrive in a certain way.

Some sessions may include stillness. Others may involve conversation, awareness, or subtle shifts in how your body organizes itself.

Each session unfolds differently, but all are grounded in presence, respect, and attunement to your pace.

Training and Background

I am a Certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and trained in Myofascial Release.

My work is informed by both clinical training and a deep respect for the body’s inherent intelligence.

I continue to explore and refine my understanding through ongoing study, practice, and listening

— to both the body and the people I work with.

This work is personal to me.

It has come through my own experiences of learning to listen more closely, to soften patterns of pushing or overriding, and to trust what is happening beneath the surface.

I don’t see myself as someone who fixes or heals others, but as someone who holds space for what is already present to be met, understood, and allowed to shift.
