Depending on your needs, we may work with

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy,Myofascial Release,

or a thoughtful combination of both.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

(BCST)

Gentle support for regulation, settling,

and reconnection

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a light-touch, hands-on approach that supports the nervous system and the body’s innate capacity to heal, regulate, and reorganize. Rather than trying to force change, this work creates the conditions for your system to settle and reveal what is ready to shift. Sessions may support stress, overwhelm, tension, chronic patterns, recovery, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself and your body.

This work may be supportive for:

  • stress and nervous system dysregulation

  • anxiety

  • fatigue

  • chronic tension

  • headaches

  • recovery from injury or illness

  • emotional overwhelm

  • times of transition.

BCST is especially supportive when you are looking for a gentler, more receptive approach that honors the intelligence and pace of your system.

Myofascial Release

(MFR)

Hands-on work to support restriction, tension, and ease of movement

Myofascial Release is a slow, sustained hands-on approach that works with the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, nerves, and organs throughout the body. By meeting areas of holding and restriction with steady, attentive pressure, this work can help soften patterns of tension, improve mobility, and support relief from discomfort and pain.

Sessions are guided by what your body is communicating in the moment. Rather than aggressively pushing through resistance, this work listens for where support is needed and allows change to unfold gradually and sustainably.

This work may be supportive for:

  • chronic tension

  • pain patterns

  • postural holding,

  • restricted movement

  • injury recovery

  • jaw tension

  • headaches

  • stress held in the body.

MFR can be especially supportive when your body is asking for more direct contact with areas of restriction, tension, or pain.

Often, these approaches are woven together.

While each modality has its own focus, sessions are not always rigidly separated.

Depending on what your system is asking for, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release may be thoughtfully integrated to support regulation, release, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
