INNER AUTHORITY

A return to your own knowing.

A body-led process for listening beneath the noise of outside input,

habitual thinking, and expectation.

WHAT IS INNER AUTHORITY

We live with an extraordinary amount of outside input — advice, information, expectations, opinions, and ideas about what we should think, feel, or do.

Inner Authority is an opportunity to turn the volume of that input down and become more attentive to what is happening within you.

Through conversation, body awareness, therapeutic touch, movement when it arises, and periods of stillness, we create space to notice what your body may already be communicating.

I don't tell you what your experience means or what you should discover. My role is to listen alongside you and support the conditions for your own knowing to become clearer.

WHO IS THIS FOR

You may be drawn to Inner Authority if...

You find yourself looking outside yourself for answers you suspect you already know.

You understand something intellectually, but don't yet feel it in your body.

You notice recurring patterns or responses you want to become more curious about.

You are navigating a transition, decision, or period of uncertainty.

Or perhaps you simply want to develop a more intimate relationship with your own internal signals.

The Body Communicates

The body is constantly communicating — through sensation, tension, breath, impulses toward movement or stillness, changes in energy, and the subtle sense that something feels right, wrong, open, guarded, settled, or unresolved.

Much of this communication can be easy to overlook when attention is primarily focused on thinking, analyzing, or responding to the world around us.

Inner Authority creates time to become curious about these signals without immediately needing to explain, change, or override them.

How Sessions May Unfold

There is no predetermined sequence.

We may begin with conversation and notice what feels most present. From there, the session can move between verbal reflection, body awareness, therapeutic touch, gentle or intuitive movement, and stillness.

At times you may notice a sensation, impulse, emotion, image, memory, thought, or recurring pattern. At other times, very little may need to happen at all.

Nothing needs to be produced, interpreted, or forced.

The process follows what feels relevant and available to you in the moment.

Your Own Voice

At times, you may choose a few words or phrases that reflect something you recognize as true, supportive, or ready to be acknowledged.

These are not affirmations I give you. The words come from you.

If it feels appropriate, you may record them in your own voice. The recording can then be introduced quietly during a later part of the session, when the body has settled and there is less effort involved in thinking about the words.

This is always optional. Sometimes the words are useful; sometimes they naturally fall away.

SESSION LENGTHS

Inner Authority is offered in 90- and 120-minute sessions, allowing enough time for conversation, body-led exploration, hands-on work, and integration without rushing the process.

90 MINUTES — $245

A spacious session with time for reflection, body awareness, hands-on work and integration.

120 MINUTES — $325

An extended session offering more time for the process to unfold at an unhurried pace.

Inner Authority can be experienced as a single session or explored over time.

For some people, returning to the work creates greater familiarity with their body's signals, recurring patterns, and their own ways of knowing.

There is no prescribed number of sessions and no expectation that you commit to a series before experiencing the work.

If continued sessions feel useful, we can decide together what rhythm feels supportive.

You don't need to know what you're looking for.

You only need enough curiosity to listen.
