It's much easier for me to know what I don't want than it is to know what I do want. This has often served as a launching point into exploration and many unknowns. It is here that I've experienced many lessons and discovered magic and joy. The planner in me couldn't have done a better job if I tried. And try I did...I still do, until I notice all the ways I'm being taken care of.

I am a biodynamic craniosacral therapist with a background in massage therapy and holistic nutrition. I value freedom to be and to express ourselves as only we can be accountable for.
