Trusting the Body's Wisdom
"Begin doing what you want to do now. We are not living in eternity. We have only this moment, sparkling like a star in our hand–and melting like a snowflake…" - Francis Bacon

It’s often been easier for me to know what I don’t want than to know what I do want. That tension has been a doorway — into exploration, into the unknown, into lessons I never could have planned. The planner in me tried. I still try. And then I soften and remember all the ways I am being taken care of.

This is the space I practice from.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in California (CAMTC #101536) and a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, with a background in holistic nutrition. My work is rooted in a deep trust of nature — and the understanding that the same intelligence guiding nature lives within our bodies.

Nature makes no errors.
Our bodies function to serve and to protect us. Always.

I do not see pain as a problem to be fixed. I experience it as communication — sometimes physical, sometimes emotional, sometimes rooted in old patterns or protective adaptations that once served us well.

My role is not to fix, diagnose, or cure.
My role is to listen.

Through Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release, I offer gentle, intentional touch that supports your body’s natural ability to reorganize, release tension, and restore balance. I HOLD space for your system to express what is ready to be acknowledged — whether that shows up as sensation, emotion, stillness, or subtle shifts in awareness.

I am committed to practicing the art of relating.

Holding space for my own integrity as well as for the integrity of another.
Creating an environment where your body can speak and be heard without force or agenda.
This work asks something of you.

It asks presence.
It asks curiosity.
It asks self-responsibility.

I work best with those who are ready to participate in their own process — not seeking a quick fix, but willing to engage with what their body has been holding. True change unfolds through relationship: with your body, with your patterns, and with your own innate wisdom.

Trust the process.
Find joy in it.

I trust there will be joy in exploring together.
