Stillness is the altar of the spirit.

Each of us carries an innate intelligence within our body — the source of our growth, resilience, and capacity for change. When we trust that the body is continually working to serve and protect us, it can foster a deep sense of confidence, steadiness, and ease in how we move through our lives.

Over time, however, the natural rhythms of this intelligence can become less accessible. The impact of stress, injury, trauma, or prolonged overwhelm may challenge the body’s ability to self-regulate and restore balance.

In Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, this inherent intelligence is often referred to as the Breath of Life — a subtle organizing force that supports health and coherence throughout the system. When the body is under strain, this expression may feel quieter or interrupted.

These experiences can show up as a sense of restriction, imbalance, or persistent tension within the body, or as a nervous system that feels taxed, fatigued, or unsettled. Gentle, attentive support can help the body reconnect with its own natural rhythms and capacity for balance.

Relaxation Therapy Session
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, listening-based approach that supports the body’s innate ability to self-regulate, reorganize, and restore balance.

Rather than attempting to correct or fix symptoms, BCST works by attuning to the body’s natural rhythms and subtle movements. Through light, intentional touch, I listen to your craniosacral system and support the conditions that allow your tissues, fascia, and nervous system to soften, expand, and respond in their own time.

Sessions are quiet and spacious.

They often invite a sense of ease, grounding, and increased internal awareness. Some clients experience noticeable shifts after a single session, while others find that deeper patterns unfold gradually through consistent work.

This is not a technique imposed on the body.
It is a relationship with it.

Your body holds its own intelligence and timing.
BCST simply creates space for that wisdom to emerge.

If you’re drawn to a slower, more attuned approach—one that values presence, self-responsibility, and long-term change—this work may be supportive for you.

Back Massage Therapy
Myofascial
Release

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a slow, attentive, hands-on approach that works with the body’s fascial system—the connective tissue that supports and interweaves throughout the entire body.

Using gentle, sustained pressure, this work invites the fascia to soften and respond in its own time. Rather than forcing change or pushing through pain, MFR follows the body’s cues, allowing tension patterns to gradually unwind and the nervous system to settle.

Sensations during a session are often described as a feeling of stretch, warmth, melting, or release. Each session is guided by what your body presents in the moment, making the work deeply individualized and responsive.

This is not about correcting the body.
It is about listening to it.

Myofascial Release can support greater ease, mobility, and internal awareness over time, particularly for those experiencing chronic tension, long-held patterns, or stress stored within the body.

MFR may be experienced as a stand-alone session or thoughtfully integrated with Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy for a more comprehensive, nervous-system–oriented approach.

This work is especially well-suited for those seeking a slower, more intentional process—one that values presence, participation, and lasting change rather than quick relief.

TESTIMONIALS

"Best massage of my life! Lisa is truly gifted in her practice. She knows how to target muscle groups that are tight; while also giving a well rounded massage that is equally relaxing. Her studio is incredibly peaceful and spa like with lots of natural light. She is professional, respectful and kind. I'll be back!" - Dessa D., MFR client

“I’ve really enjoyed my time with Lisa. Her BCST work gave me some much-needed relief for my low back stiffness. I play a lot of golf and I felt much more comfortable swinging the club after seeing Lisa, which is huge given how much I love to play. She is also just a kind and delightful person to be around. I always feel better physically and emotionally after seeing her.” - Chinedu A., BCST client

"I came to Lisa because I knew there was something ‘off’ in my body; I was tired, and out of sorts. I had tried other approaches, but nothing seemed to help. I wanted to learn more about BCST so I booked an appointment. Lisa was attentive, listened to how I was feeling, and told me what to expect in our session. Nothing could have prepared me for how amazing I felt when we were finished; pure joy radiated through my body. I felt as if a fog had lifted, my mind felt clearer, and I no longer felt stuck. The best part, these feelings are still present weeks later. If you are new to BCST her website is a great place to start and Lisa is warm and open to all questions. I will be paying her a visit again soon." - Brie O., BCST client

"I came to Lisa with a significant  pain and tightness in my back. She greeted me when I arrived and accompanied me on our short walk to her workspace. Her space is comfortable, clean  and welcoming. After a brief but thorough consultation, she immediately found the source of my discomfort. With perfect balance of a firm yet gentle touch,I began to feel better.  Her energy and approach made me feel safe and confident in her and her skill, helping me to relax mentally and physically. My only regret is that I dozed off a couple of times and missed out on enjoying the actual massage! The benefits were unquestionable as soon as I stood up. I will be back!" - Tamar B., MFR client

"My experience with Lisa was great. It's hard for me to explain in words, but I was left in a state of relaxation and energy. I'll definitely be back." - Beto, BCST client
